The owners of Ascent Property Management are Kim Bulwer and Debe Ellis, reputable business owners with property management knowledge and over 2 decades of experience. Debe has a Real Estate Admin certificate and has held a National Certificate in Real Estate (which has expired) but her passion is Property Management and she has built a very impressive portfolio as well as having rentals herself.
