All paperwork will be dealt with for you, including lease agreements and bond lodgement/transfer forms.
Once the most suitable/desirable candidate is chosen, we would undertake an initial property inspection with them, and in turn produce a condition report and inventory.
Regular inspections would also be carried out by our experts throughout the tenancy to ensure that all aspects of the agreement are adhered to by the tenant. A final inspection would be carried out when the tenant is leaving to ascertain whether they have stuck to their end of the bargain.
If, by chance, there are any disputes between you/us and the tenant, we would take on the trial of mediation and tribunal hearings, so as not to have you bothered or your time wasted.
